Creating Leaders in a second phase start up

ramyam

When your start up grows from 25 to 60+ employees, it’s no good just appointing ‘manager’ designations: you need to create a new group of people who will take on the emotional  ‘ownership’ of the company. How do you do this? We are working with Ramyam Intelligence Labs to do just this. In our recent program, employees are working together to build a sense of ‘collective ambition’- aligning and communicating the brand promise of the company, and demonstrating behaviors in a leadership context, using an Action Learning model.
