Psytech International Psychometrics training was conducted in Bangalore, December 2013 for Nepal Public Service Commissions Officers. This program was funded by DFID as an introductory and exploratory training for the senior team of Nepal PSC. As a result, participants obtained International qualifications in Psychometrics, as well as basic knowledge on best practice in selection methodology. These learnings have since been included in follow up initiatives and the selection reform process for the Nepal Civil Service is on-going.
